Complaints/Returns


What can I do if a product is damaged or defective?

Did your order arrive damaged? Let us know as soon as possible. Send an email to communicatie@hogent.be and describe the damage as much as you can. If possible, add photos to your email showing the damage clearly, as well as photos of the packaging and the label on the packaging. Always mention your order number for a quick follow-up.


Can I exchange an item?

You can: return your item and place a new order afterwards.


How can I return my order?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your order up to 14 calendar days after you have received it. Follow these steps to return your order:

  1. Send an email to communicatie@hogent.be to let us know that you want to return your order. Please include your order number for a quick follow-up. Do this before your return period of 14 calendar days has expired.
  2. Fill in the return form.
  3. Add the completed and signed return form to your package and return it or send it to the following address:

Please keep your proof of shipment until your return shipment has been processed by us. This can take up to 10 days. You can expect the refund to your bank account within 30 days.

EXCEPTIONS: Hygiene products such as mouth masks and socks cannot be returned under any circumstances.
